Sustainable Development Policy

The company has formulated the "Code of Practice for Sustainable Development" approved by the board of directors on March 22, 2023. And the relevant regulations will be disclosed on the company website and public information observatory. The president's office is responsible for coordinating and promoting various matters related to sustainable development, and all employees jointly implement and comply with them. The company website has also set up a "Stakeholders" area to understand and respond to relevant issues of concern to stakeholders through appropriate communication methods.
Human Rights Policy
Fulfill social responsibilities for the sustainable development of the company, protect the basic human rights of all colleagues, customers, supply chain partners and stakeholders, and strive to create a friendly and dignified workplace environment,And follow international personnel conventions such as the "United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights", "United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights", "United Nations Global Covenant and the United Nations Core Conventions of the International Labor Organization", "Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA Code of Conduct)" principles revealed,On the basis of adhering to the above principles, we abide by local laws and regulations in our global operating bases and respect internationally recognized basic human rights, including freedom of association, care for vulnerable groups, prohibition of child labor, elimination of all forms of forced labor, elimination of employment and employment discrimination, etc. We also abide by the labor-related laws and regulations where the company is located, jointly enhance and improve the management of human rights issues, and promote a more free, fair and respectful workplace environment.
Specific Guidelines for Human Rights Implementation

- Prohibit child labor - We strictly abide by the "Labor Standards Act" and international human rights norms, implement them in the interview process specifications of the company's human resources department, and do not employ children under the age of 16.
- The company conducted education and training related to human rights protection for employees in 2024, including the "Employment Gender Equality Law", "Occupational Safety and Health", etc., for a total of 426 hours and 141 person-times.
